Patient Information

We care about our patients and strive to provide excellent customer service and a compassionate and caring environment. Each of our providers work closely with you, your primary care provider and our referral network to determine a proper treatment plan that is best for your particular symptoms and level of pain.

Our overall approach to pain management may include one or more of the following:

  • Interventional Techniques: Our physicians offer an array of specialized pain management procedures that include spinal cord stimulators, radiofrequency lesioning, epidural steroid injections, epidural catheters and percutaneous discectomies.
  • Medication Management: Manages the type and frequency of medications to prevent over medication, but also to ensure the medications are helping to relieve pain.
  • Rehabilitation: We work with certified physical therapists to create a rehabilitation program when necessary.
