How do I make an appointment at Southeast Pain and Spine Care?
There are several options for scheduling an appointment.
For New Patients, please call 866-228-1108 or complete online referral form or have your physician send in a referral.
Current patients (if you have been seen within the last three years), please complete online form or contact your clinic directly.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
A copy of your insurance card, Valid ID, a list of any medications, and any scans/X-Rays or notes. If you are having a procedure please make sure you have transportation.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurances. For a complete list click here.
Does Southeast Pain and Spine Care file my insurance for me?
Yes, SEPSC will file your primary and/or secondary insurance to verify what portion of your visit they will cover. Any remaining balance will be billed to the patient.
What if I have billing questions?

Why do I receive two bills?
The reason that you are receiving two bills is because Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants is a separate company contracted by your hospital to provide you with pain services.
