Patient Portal & Healow App Instructions
We strongly encourage all patients to set up and use the Patient Portal. You will receive your login information and a temporary password by email after a staff member activates your Patient Portal account.
Note: If you forget your username or password, you can reset it yourself from the login screen, using “Trouble logging in” link.
For Virginia patients:
On the portal, you can manage your health information, request refills, referrals, and appointments, track your health from the convenience of your own home – at any hour of the day!
For North/South Carolina patients:
On the portal, you can manage your health information, view your billing information and track your health for the convenience of your own home – at any hour of the day! To request refills, referrals and appointments, contact the office where you receive your pain management care or submit a note at https://www.sepainandspinecare.com/contactus/.
