Biographical Information:
Russell Davenport III, M.D. is a native North Carolinian who returned home after completing his Anesthesiology residency and Interventional Pain Management fellowship at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA. Prior to that, he attended UNC Chapel Hill as an undergraduate (Go Heels!) and medical school at St. George’s University. Dr. Davenport previously worked in neuroscience research for 3 years at UNC. He now spends all of his time bedside directly caring for patients, which is his true passion.
In his free time he loves hot sauce and traveling the world with his wife.
Dr. Davenport now works at the Mt. Holly and Mercy locations where he is passionate about safe and effective pain management care.
