He attended the Medical College of Georgia and subsequently did his Anesthesiology Residency and Interventional Pain Management Fellowship also at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.
He has been with Southeast Pain and Spine Care since 2007 and works in the Blue Ridge facilities in Hickory, Denver, and Valdese, North Carolina. He utilizes many multimodal approaches to treat chronic pain in an effort to improve patients’ functional status and quality of life. Dr. Evans’ children are in college, so he and his wife, Kim, have more free time recently to enjoy their small farm, mountain biking, cooking, fishing, and 3 dogs.
