How do I make an appointment at Southeast Pain and Spine Care?

There are 3 options for scheduling an appointment

What should I bring to my first appointment?

A copy of your insurance card, Valid ID, a list of any medications, and any scans/X-Rays or notes. If you are having a procedure please make sure you have transportation.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurances. For a complete list click here.

Does Southeast Pain and Spine Care file my insurance for me?

Yes, SEPSC will file your primary and/or secondary insurance to verify what portion of your visit they will cover. Any remaining balance will be billed to the patient.

Why do I receive two bills?

The reason that you are receiving two bills is because Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants is a separate company contracted by your hospital to provide you with anesthesia and pain services.

Contracting with SEPSC
Southeast Anesthesiology Consultants developed Southeast Pain and Spine Care in 1997 because they saw the need for patients to receive quality, nonsurgical pain relief. Southeast Pain and Spine Care’s clinical model optimizes revenue, provides ancillary revenue opportunities and allows patients to receive top of the line care by physician anesthesiologists and neurologists.
